What did production look like before FlexPak?

We had two 100-count Futurola knockboxes going at the same time with four people running them. We could finish about 1,600–2,000 joints in a day. For where we wanted the business to go, it wasn't enough.

What does the current workflow produce?

Four people handle the grinding, sifting, loading, packing, closing, tubing and labeling across two machines. We complete more than 40 plates and approximately 22,000 retail-ready pre-rolls per day.

How do you keep the product consistent across different strains?

The grind matters, and some materials are more difficult than others. We dial in the first plate for a new strain. Once it's right, the machines keep it there through the rest of the day.

What changed after adding the Auto Cone Loader?

Loading papers was the production bottleneck. It used to take about six minutes per tray. Now it takes around a minute and a half to two minutes, and the team isn't standing around waiting for the next plate.

Why did you build the business around FlexPak?

The equipment is reliable, the output supports the business and the team answers whenever I call. If something needs to be fixed, it's handled within minutes or hours. I can't imagine trying to build this production model with anybody else.
