The FlexPak Auto Cone Loader is an automatic cone loading machine that eliminates hand-loading cones one at a time. Stack a master plate 8 or 10 high, press once, and deploy 513 cones into an empty FlexPak cone plate in about 30 seconds. Load cone plates 3–5× faster than by hand — up to 11,000–15,000 cones per hour, loaded and ready to pack. Built in-house in Oklahoma and backed by lifetime technical support, the Cone Loader automates the slowest step in your pre-roll production line so your operators fill and pack instead of loading cones.

How It Works
Stack. Press. Repeat.
Load the master plate with cone stacks (8 or 10 high, depending on cone brand). Takes 12–14 minutes.
Lower the press and deploy 513 cones into an empty FlexPak cone plate in about 30 seconds.
One master plate load produces 8–10 ready-to-pack cone plates. Swap in an empty plate and press again.
